Masahiro Kawai gave the opening remarks at the technical workshop on Managing Capital Flows: Search for a Model. He set the scene for the workshop by discussing the current state of capital flows in Asia and gave an overview of ADBI’s Managing Capital Flows project. The workshop was held in Tokyo from 11-12 December 2007.
