Welcome Remarks by Tadashi Kondo at Technical Workshop on Infrastructure and Regional Cooperation

Tadashi Kondo, Country Director, India Resident Mission, ADB gave the welcome remarks at the Infrastructure and Regional Cooperation Flagship Study: 2nd Workshop on “Policies and Institutions” and “Financing Infrastructure”. The workshop was held in New Delhi from 12 to 14 June 2008.
