Keynote speech by Masahiro Kawai at the 8th Japan-ASEAN Dialogue

ADBI Dean Masahiro Kawai delivered the keynote address on “Global Financial Crisis and Japan–ASEAN Economic Cooperation” at the 8th Japan–ASEAN Dialogue on Japan–ASEAN Cooperation amid the Financial and Economic Crisis held in Tokyo on 11 September 2009. The speech focused on the implications of the global financial and economic crisis for Asia—including Japan and ASEAN countries—and for Japan–ASEAN economic and financial cooperation.
