ADBI generally follows the ADB’s Guidelines for Procurement^* for supply of goods and completion of civil works. All suppliers or contracts must have the citizenship or, nationality or legal personality of one of ADB’s member countries or be incorporated in one of ADB’s member countries.

All competitive bidding packages are advertised by ADBI at the Opportunities section of its website.
